- DEDaDave Ellis3 days ago5.0On arrival was greeted by Caitlin and Katy. Had a problem checking in with my Denit Card but they overcame this. Booked us in for our Evenining Meal [3]guests and looked after us during our meal and afterwards with drinks. Requested extra pillows as I eas travelling with 2 dissabled person who needed them. Caitlin anf Kate were very helpfull and polite nothing was to much Trouble. They are a credit to the hotel and deserve high praise for the effort put in to make our stay very enjoyable and memorable.
